Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network's Child & Family Services is seeking a full-time licensed Program Manager to oversee competent teams dedicated to serving children, adolescents, and families in the Littleton area. These teams deliver a full continuum of mental health and substance abuse services that range from case management, play therapy and traditional individual and family outpatient therapy, to intensive in-home treatment and day treatment programming. Manager has overall responsibility for the operations of these programs in collaboration with program and clinical supervisors. Responsibilities include administrative and clinical supervision, oversight of operations, client flow, budget management, ensuring grant compliance, staff training, and community outreach. Ideal candidate will be team-oriented, a skilled leader, and will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. Master's degree and Colorado clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
